I found the training to be very comprehensive, though there were some sections that may need to be updated in terms of small grammatical errors. I personally learned a lot through this training, it is absolutely helpful in personal and professional life.

I thought the training went really well and that there was a lot of information (which is good) to help volunteers understand what their role is! I think the videos could've maybe included some closed captions for further understanding. But other than that, everything was great!

I thought overall the course was good. It was extensive and I took a lot of notes. I would recommend slowing down the slides + more oral commentary.

I was honestly so pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of this training. The slides, the presentation - it was all so well-thought-out and executed. Really goes to show the expertise of the creaters. This course would have been great for anyone, people in general even, just to become a better listener.

What I appreciate the most about the training was that the instructions were clearly worded and straightforward. I seldom felt confused about the material I was being provided. My only notes for improvement would be minor typos, as well as I felt the Youtube medium for the chat training might be better consolidated into one longer video with sub tabs. I found the chat training session a useful component in engaging with the content, as it provided an idea of how the system really works.
