This training was really insightful. I feel that I learned a lot, and gained skills that I can apply even beyond this training. I do feel the training does a good job to prepare the volunteers to be CLs, however, I wish there were additional contents beyond videos that allow for some more practical learning experiences. I did really enjoy doing the live training, and even quizzes.

I was honestly so pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of this training. The slides, the presentation - it was all so well-thought-out and executed. Really goes to show the expertise of the creaters. This course would have been great for anyone, people in general even, just to become a better listener.

The content is generally informative and interesting and the training platform is user-friendly. The quality of the training videos specially during the first half the training can be improved up on.

I found the training to be very comprehensive, though there were some sections that may need to be updated in terms of small grammatical errors. I personally learned a lot through this training, it is absolutely helpful in personal and professional life.

This experience regarding training was great until it got to the part where we learning how to use the website as well as uploading and signing the documents. Still lost on that. Started this whole process being told to obtain my police check. I did this via the Toronto Police website. Paid $20.00 and received it in the mail only to get to the end of the training to be told that it's not required and yet I have to request it through the website? Confused. I'm to upload 5 documents and I can't. Really muddled in the end. Even here I am not sure what I am rating..... the training? the website? Confused by the option of "attractiveness" and "engagement". Attractiveness to what? The website? The training? As well as "engagement".. I haven't engaged with anyone yet. Engagement with the training? Just confusing.

I absolutely loved the training. Even before I knew I was accepted to be a Certified Listener, I thoroughly enjoyed working through the modules as they had information I could use in everyday life. One lesson in particular that I enjoyed was the Active Listening lesson.

It was an amazing experience to be part of this organization. I would recommend this to my friends and family who are willing to spare their free time and providing supports to those vulnerable ones especially those older adults living alone in the community.

The experience I had with the training for CLS was well done. There are tips in this training that I will be taking not only to volunteering for CLS, but also to help friends and family. This has given me a better understanding to help someone without knowing them personally and to refrain from giving advice. It is great knowledge to have on a general basis, let alone in a helping profession. Thank you for the opportunity and I will be recommending this to others!

Great training and videos. I really enjoyed the roleplay portion. It was a great way to get comfortable with using the system.

The training was very informative, down to the point throughout. It is a very well structured and well presented training. I really enjoyed it. It is easy to navigate and go back to individual sections to repeat. The only thing I needed time to understand is how not to take the tests again 🙂 I will need more practice on finding my way on the dashboard and remembering to join with my Alias.

It is good material. Some of the videos are extremely interesting. What caught my attention was a careful way that they brought the content and at the same time in a condensed format. The only issue, for me, that perhaps could be reevaluated is the quiz, sometimes it's just tricky, and doesn't achieve the matter of knowledge.
