This training was really insightful. I feel that I learned a lot, and gained skills that I can apply even beyond this training. I do feel the training does a good job to prepare the volunteers to be CLs, however, I wish there were additional contents beyond videos that allow for some more practical learning experiences. I did really enjoy doing the live training, and even quizzes.

The training was fascinating and it made me realize how to engage more effectively when listening to people. But it had some minor bugs that slowed me down a little but during the lessons 12 and 20

The training session was very effective and engaging, but at some point it felt like there was a lot of information to understand at once. However, I believe after more training and practice I would get used to everything. Thank you.

I thought the entire training process was really well done. It made the content both enjoyable and easier to comprehend. I feel that the training has prepared me to be competent and supportive in the volunteer position. I will use some of these lessons throughout my career and life.

I think that the majority of the information could be shown in 1 video rather than multiple parts. However, the videos do explain the process well. It would also be helpful to update the video about the tawk dashboard as it has already been updated.
