I thought this training was very informative and useful. I feel more confident fulfilling this volunteer role as I now understand the expectations. I enjoyed the videos and the mental health quizzes as they allowed for interaction and this helped me understand the concepts better. The layout of the training sections made it very easy to follow.

I found this training very helpful with me moving forward with Certified Listeners I feel that anyone who does the training will find it helpful and those will learn how to help others.

The training was truly an amazing experience. I learnt a lot and have benefitted from the live training session. The best was the role play exercise that made me confident for using the interface. The content is easy to comprehend and there is always help that is easily available. I look forward to put the training to best use and be part of this awesome community.

I thought this was really well done. Some of the videos had spelling mistakes, but for the most part they were quite good. My only suggestion was the section that covered the community profile did not explain the purpose of the community or why I should be active on it. I think it would be worthwhile to cover some of that in that section.

Overall the information regarding how to deal with callers was straightforward and helpful. Managing the chat system seems a little complex but I am sure it will be easier as time goes on.

The training session was very informative. They answered and covered all the questions and concerns I had about the userface on Tawk. Glad to have the oppurtunity to be part of this!
