I loved this training! I think this was very informative and necessary to have before helping someone psychologically. There was one training with myths about mental health that I think it should be updated (because there is wrong information in it). I also want to ask if there a way to have my last name's first letter with the upper case on my certificate?

These training videos were well done! They were simplistic, helpful and easy to access. I like that these are also on YouTube for referencing if needed. When I needed help with questions, I was able to get a quick email response to move forward. Highly recommended.

Great training. I like how we were given homework to do on our own time so that when we did the practical training we knew how to do things and problem-solve/answer our questions at the same time!

It is good material. Some of the videos are extremely interesting. What caught my attention was a careful way that they brought the content and at the same time in a condensed format. The only issue, for me, that perhaps could be reevaluated is the quiz, sometimes it's just tricky, and doesn't achieve the matter of knowledge.

The CLS training was very thorough and I really enjoyed it! I hope that I can make a difference in someone's life through this platform. I encourage anyone who is looking to better their life as well as someone else's to volunteer!

Great training experience. Some information was a little conflicted, but it was nothing that was not easily sorted out via email.

This was a wonderful experience. The training was extensive, very helpful and easy to navigate! The only thing I would change is that the scenarios in the training say "she/her" and "he/him" but no "they/them". This can upset some people if they don't see their pronouns as an option. That is the only critique though 🙂

The modules were good but videos that were split into one-minute lessons could be compiled into bigger videos. This allows the website to run more smoothly.
