Great way to gain some experience and insight into how to help people effectively. I find the platform itself is a little confusing at first but it takes practice to learn how to use. The training was really helpful and Sameed was great. Excited to start working!

Took me a while to finish the entire training course, but it was worth it! I took my time going through the modules as some topics were a little heavy. However, all the topics covered were very relevant and helped a lot with my own understanding. I definitely feel prepared and supported after taking this training.

This learning enhanced my understanding , broadening the concepts regarding mental health and specifically focusing on the importance of active listening in-terms of emotional health. Such platforms are crucial for such understanding, benefitting one with experience and learning and even through volunteering programs educating the entire community and even beyond that through the volunteers. I'm blessed to get such mentoring and learning. I would suggest others to join in and and be the part of this organization. Because such platforms not just give an understanding about others emotions but of the emotions of the self too.

I am fully changed and committed to be a responsible volunteer not just by word and position. Our community call us , need us during this crisis we need to listen to them, stay with them, huge them , change them from negation broken situation to positive zone , bring their lips lough and their mind health and hopes ... reaching the high humanity objectives for our community who are left alone, feel alone and broken alone .. any crisis and problems will end someday but it's important to do something share best practices , keep teamwork and collaboration , Stay safe together , moving to green positive park mind.
