I thought this was really well done. Some of the videos had spelling mistakes, but for the most part they were quite good. My only suggestion was the section that covered the community profile did not explain the purpose of the community or why I should be active on it. I think it would be worthwhile to cover some of that in that section.

The Certified Listener training is unique in its model to assist individuals in our communities who cannot find help anywhere else. It is an effective tool of emotional support with a high level of discretion and confidentiality which is essential in building trust among members and within the targeted group in need of support. The program has step by step solutions for a very large volunteer human resources community. The pragmatic and engaged environment is perfected during and after chats are completed on an ongoing basis and provides an excellent source of emotional support and crisis intervention genuinely offered by a committed group of well trained individuals.

The training was great, I found it easy to understand and the lessons were all very informative! The only complaint that I have is the lessons for 18a, b and c. I found the videos were a bit unclear and I couldnt go back and forth between my own tawk screen and the video without the video stopping. I think that these could be done a bit better.

Training provided by Certified Listeners was outstanding! Great examples, very well paced and loved the demos which gave me a very good view of what to do while in the tool. The hour live training with simulation was a great way to build confidence that I'm ready to get started.
