Overall it is great training with many aspects very clearly captured. In my personal opinion, to make new trainee more confident it would be good if some simulations to handle different generic as well as few complicated chat scenarios.

I was very wary of online learning like this, but was pleasantly surprised by Jacob and his endless patience at my questions. Thank you Jacob. it is not the most intuitive of platforms, but it's like anything else, matter of practice.

There are a few considerations here: i) you provide your trainees with a literacy quiz that is not only intimidating but also contradictory due to the illiteracy throughout the videos and quizzes; ii) your organization benefits from donations directly deposited via certified listeners volunteers, an alternative consideration will be to encourage your volunteers to raise donations within their community; iii) during the interview process, the interviewee discloses the $90 cover fee for training and I'm not sure why this mentioned and or why $90 suffices. This technique may make others feel as if your company is doing something "above and beyond" for their volunteers and may, in turn, make the individual applying for the position to feel as if they owe the company back (the donation). Food for thought 🙂

Lessons 1-12 were very helpful! I learned a lot and enjoyed the content. I think the section on chatroom training (lessons 17-19) could be organized better, as it was confusing for me. For example, I didn't know where and how to access the practice account for the chatroom so I had to message support, and that took a long time. It would be better to have a clear step-by-step guide, as it seems like there are multiple people involved in creating the lessons for this section and they all had different understanding of how the training is supposed to look like.

The training was very good. A little fast paced at times, but if I got stuck, the trainer was very patient and understanding. I am so excited for this opportunity to help others!
