What I appreciate the most about the training was that the instructions were clearly worded and straightforward. I seldom felt confused about the material I was being provided. My only notes for improvement would be minor typos, as well as I felt the Youtube medium for the chat training might be better consolidated into one longer video with sub tabs. I found the chat training session a useful component in engaging with the content, as it provided an idea of how the system really works.

Overall happy with the training would like a bit more information on how to use the Hawk.to system but other then that very happy with it.

This learning enhanced my understanding , broadening the concepts regarding mental health and specifically focusing on the importance of active listening in-terms of emotional health. Such platforms are crucial for such understanding, benefitting one with experience and learning and even through volunteering programs educating the entire community and even beyond that through the volunteers. I'm blessed to get such mentoring and learning. I would suggest others to join in and and be the part of this organization. Because such platforms not just give an understanding about others emotions but of the emotions of the self too.

Overall it is great training with many aspects very clearly captured. In my personal opinion, to make new trainee more confident it would be good if some simulations to handle different generic as well as few complicated chat scenarios.

I thought the entire training process was really well done. It made the content both enjoyable and easier to comprehend. I feel that the training has prepared me to be competent and supportive in the volunteer position. I will use some of these lessons throughout my career and life.

Well explained tutorials. I especially appreciated the earlier sections on listening, empathy, and mental health. Some video tutorials were outdated in terms of the talk.to platform, but obviously you can't remake tutorials every time the website changes format. Otherwise, easy to follow.
