I would highly recommend the CLS training, I learned a lot of new concepts on how to provide emotional support. I was able to work at my own pace through each module. The delivery was engaging with multiple formats, and easy to understand.

The training put in place to become a Certified Listener has been amazing. Everything was organized and informative. The training was easy to navigate and has allowed me to feel confident moving forward into acting as a Certified Listener. Great experience and excited to put the training to use.

There were a few typos and spelling errors here and there. Also, some new tech might be needed because there was a lot of microphone feedback in the start up lectures.
