Overall the training was really helpful and interesting! I did find that the lessons that involved just reading off the video to be less engaging, so maybe changing those slides to the most important points and then talking through any additional information would be helpful!

Very interesting content! I learned a lot about being an active listener and how to help others while maintaining my own mental health. To improve the training course, I would edit the sections where it asks for a police record check. The terminology used was inconsistent, and even though in the interview before the training they ask for a vulnerable sector check, the website should be consistent with that terminology. Instead, the website often refers to it as a police record check, which should be clarified as the "vulnerable sector" check and not "criminal record" check. This will limit confusion and prevent people paying for the incorrect form.

It is nice to be able to help and dedicate resources to support your cause. Giving this is a volunteer position, I would suggest further flexibility on scheduling as to accommodate more people. Also, noted a couple of typos on the courses. The live training session and module 18 could have been simplified - I have a couple of suggestions should you want.
