It was a great experience, both the training and the course. It will definitely be a great experience volunteering with CLS. I want to be a police officer so this is a huge stepping stone for me and I am excited. Thank you, CLS.

Excellent content training especially on the active listening and mental health. The training on the software was rather quick and not always easy to follow. Although I did have some challenges with some glitches in the training, the response was incredibly fast and the follow up was efficient and friendly. I would love a training that is allows engagement with the trainer and hearing the trainer and the ability to ask questions as we move along. This may be the case on the next training before being certified and taking calls . There is an opportunity for greater clarity on the expectations as the initial guide that was received did not indicate that all training must be completed while being considered rather the message was that you can do the training even if you don't get accepted. Overall the training was very good and prepares you well for the role.

I entered Certified Listeners as a volunteer who was forced into early retirement for medical reasons. I know what a toll losing a job, and the resulting adjustments can take on a person's Mental Health. I wanted to assist others who are in a similar position of uncertainty.

Training provided by Certified Listeners was outstanding! Great examples, very well paced and loved the demos which gave me a very good view of what to do while in the tool. The hour live training with simulation was a great way to build confidence that I'm ready to get started.
