This experience regarding training was great until it got to the part where we learning how to use the website as well as uploading and signing the documents. Still lost on that. Started this whole process being told to obtain my police check. I did this via the Toronto Police website. Paid $20.00 and received it in the mail only to get to the end of the training to be told that it's not required and yet I have to request it through the website? Confused. I'm to upload 5 documents and I can't. Really muddled in the end. Even here I am not sure what I am rating..... the training? the website? Confused by the option of "attractiveness" and "engagement". Attractiveness to what? The website? The training? As well as "engagement".. I haven't engaged with anyone yet. Engagement with the training? Just confusing.

The training was straightforward and easy to comprehend. The video lessons were interesting to watch and read. I love how the technical part of the training was delivered. I feel that I am ready to start volunteering. Thank you for putting so much effort on this training!

My experience is really wonderful. I am humbled to be part of this program where people from all over the world can come and feel free to express themselves especially if they are from a country where there is no freedom of speech. Thank you for this opportunity!

This training program was very thorough and easy to follow. I actually learned a lot more than expected. I appreciated the individual assessments too. Not only was the training informative to use for others, but I will use that information in my personal life as well.

I really enjoyed the role playing aspect, but the beginning of the training session was quite slow, and in total, it took around 1.5 hrs to complete everything.

The content is generally informative and interesting and the training platform is user-friendly. The quality of the training videos specially during the first half the training can be improved up on.

Overall, the course was comprehensive and helpful for teaching the material. I think more examples would be helpful to solidify some points, but overall the material was easy to understand and engaging.
