I believe that becoming a Certified Listener is a great opportunity to help others, however, during the training the videos are not updated and I struggle to understand it. You should change it in order to be the same as how it looks now. I am ready for this new commitment!

Training was enjoyable and very educational. I personally believe there should be more opportunities to be provided training when in a chat called. (watching over someone while they work their shift or being able to have one shift where you are supervised and have the ability to ask questions to a supervisor)

It was an amazing experience to be part of this organization. I would recommend this to my friends and family who are willing to spare their free time and providing supports to those vulnerable ones especially those older adults living alone in the community.

I thought the training was awesome. My only issue was the volume in many of the lessons was not so audible making it difficult to hear and I also felt that the videos were great in length; however they required one to read rather quickly.

I thought this training was very informative and useful. I feel more confident fulfilling this volunteer role as I now understand the expectations. I enjoyed the videos and the mental health quizzes as they allowed for interaction and this helped me understand the concepts better. The layout of the training sections made it very easy to follow.
